Throughout the year, we invite you to carefully curated tastes and traditions, from the premieres of crayfish and surströmming (fermented herring) to game weeks and the classic celebration of Mårten Gås (St. Martin's goose). And, of course, we round off the year with our beloved seated Christmas buffet (julbord) in a warm and inviting setting.
